A graduate of Boston College and the Washington and Lee University School of Law,  Jeff Badger’s practice concentrations include commercial real estate and business transactions, adoptions, wills, and estate administration. Combining both a professional expertise and a personal passion, he has participated in approximately 900 adoptions during his career representing adoptive parents, birth parents, adopted children, and adoption agencies.

Jeff has also been active in the community.  He served from 1995 to 2011 as Chairman of the Board of Salisbury Christian School and has been an Elder at Providence Presbyterian Church in Salisbury, Maryland since 2001. In 2013, he was nominated and appointed to the Wicomico County Ethics Commission where he served as Chairman from 2013 to 2018. He was also a member of the Greater Salisbury Committee from 2017 to 2024.  Married since 1981, he and his wife Kathryn have two sons and one grandson.
