Mr. Wilber has a varied practice concentrating on business transactions, real estate transactions (both residential and commercial), estate planning and probate, administrative hearings, Municipal Law and Zoning. He emphasizes finding practical legal solutions for his clients.
He is a member of the Maryland and Wicomico Bar Associations, the Maryland Committee for Resolution of Fee Disputes, and the Maryland Bar Foundation.
Mr. Wilber received his undergraduate and law degrees from Washington & Lee University, and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1974.
Outside the office, Mr. Wilber supports local arts activities. He also enjoys running, racketball and the Baltimore Ravens.
