Roscoe R. Leslie

Roscoe R. Leslie is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts and is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Leslie is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. Leslie also advises a number of local governments, assisting them with contractual, legislative, and litigation matters.  

Before joining the firm, Mr. Leslie was an associate at Venable LLP in Baltimore, Maryland for nearly 4 years.

Mr. Leslie earned his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2006 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2000. Between his undergraduate studies and law school, Mr. Leslie spent two years in Japan teaching English at a local junior high school.

Roscoe was born and raised on Delmarva.  On the weekends, Roscoe can be found cycling with his daughter or his teammates in Ocean Velo Club.
